Praz Gold : LAW ABIDING CITIZEN (English, 2009)
I’ve always been a HUGE fan of director F.Gary Gray. One of his earlier “hood” comedies FRIDAY (1995) with Ice Cube and Chris Tucker still remains one of my favourite and most frequently watched films of all time.
SET IT OFF, THE NEGOTIATOR, A MAN APART and THE ITALIAN JOB remake were all films I’d enjoyed, hence my expectations for LAW ABIDING CITIZEN were fairly high, and the film turns out to be Gray’s most hard-hitting and tense thriller to date.
